On Broadway Revue at Benenden School's Centenary Hall

Christmas Charity event raises £20,000 for local charity Tenterden Social Hub!

We are thrilled to announce that our spectacular ‘On Broadway’ Revue, held on Sunday 15 December at the Centenary Hall, Benenden School, raised an incredible £20,000 for our charity, Tenterden Social Hub!

The event featured a live band and dazzling performances from Tenterden Operatic and Dramatic Society and The Rhythm of Life Choir.

The show captivated the audience with a spectacular medley of iconic Broadway songs, including hits from Les Misérables, Miss Saigon, Cabaret, Hamilton, The Sound of Music, Mary Poppins, and many more.

A charity auction and raffle, generously supported by a range of local businesses and individuals, raised additional funds for the charity.

Lindsay Franklin, CEO of Tenterden Social Hub, said, “We are absolutely delighted that not only was the performance a resounding success, but our local community also showed tremendous support by attending and donating on the night. A huge thank you to our wonderful performers, who worked tirelessly to deliver a performance that truly delighted the audience. We are also incredibly grateful for the fantastic support from Hemsted Park and Gusbourne.”

We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who came together to support the Hub, as well as to our dedicated staff, volunteers and trustees for giving their time to raise vital funds that will directly benefit our members.
