Lindsay Franklin is an experienced senior leader with a strong background in marketing, communications and business development across commercial and not-for-profit sectors. With a career spanning FMCG, healthcare and social enterprise, she brings a proven track record in delivering impactful campaigns and driving organisational growth.

Before joining Tenterden Social Hub as CEO in 2021, Lindsay held senior marketing roles with organisations including Benenden Hospital Trust, Royal British Legion Industries and Consultus Care & Nursing.

A trained mediator with a hands-on leadership style, Lindsay combines strategic thinking with creative problem-solving and a strong understanding of financial and operational management. She is passionate about supporting community-focused organisations and improving outcomes for vulnerable people.
