We are happy to announce that due to the success of the Memory Lane Early Dementia Group, we have now added a second group that meets at the Hub on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am to 2.45pm (commenced 21st & 23rd February 2024).
We will soon also be adding a service to support Carers of individuals with Dementia. Our monthly Memory Lane Cafe will be an informal drop-in session where, as well as group support, one-to-one appointments can be arranged. Free tea and coffee will be provided.
This follows our recent accreditation as a Dementia-friendly Centre via Kent Dementia Action Alliance.
